1. Introduction
อิ่มทิพย์ / IMTHIP ("the app", "we", "us") is an entertainment app that simulates ordering food for fun. You browse fictional restaurants, customize dishes, add them to a cart, run a pretend checkout, watch a simulated delivery, and get a novelty receipt. No real order is placed, no real payment is taken, and no food is ever delivered.
This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information. The app does not require an account, does not use a server, and does not synchronize to any cloud service.
2. Information We Process
The app processes only the information you enter or choose inside it, in order to provide its features, including:
- Dish customizations you select (such as spiciness, sweetness, portion, toppings)
- Your cart drafts (kept separately per fictional restaurant)
- Favorites you mark
- Simulated order records (a snapshot of names, options, and pretend amounts)
- Settings: language, reduce-motion preference, and haptic feedback
All of this is simulated content for the game. It is stored only on your device.
3. Local Data Storage
Your customizations, cart drafts, favorites, simulated orders, and settings are stored locally on your device.
The app does not upload this information to our servers, and it is not synchronized to any cloud service. We do not operate a server for the app.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
The app does not collect any of the following:
- Name, phone number, or email address
- Precise or approximate location
- Real delivery addresses (addresses shown in the app are fictional)
- Payment information, bank card numbers, or wallet details (checkout and wallet are simulated; the actual amount paid is always ฿0)
- Contacts, photos (we do not read your photo library), microphone, SMS, or call history
- Advertising identifiers or any cross-app/cross-site tracking identifiers
5. Device Permissions
The app's features work without any special permissions. The only optional permission is the following:
- Add to Photos (iOS): requested only if you choose "Save image" to save your novelty receipt picture to your photo library. We request add-only access and never read photos already in your library. Declining this does not affect any other feature.
The app does not request location, camera, contacts, or microphone access.
6. Network and Third-Party Services
The app's features work entirely on your device and do not require a network connection. The menu is built into the app.
When you choose to share a receipt, the app uses your operating system's system share sheet. Any third-party app you select (for example a messaging app) then handles the shared image according to its own privacy policy. The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or other third-party SDKs.
7. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
The app does not use analytics, does not display advertising, and does not track you across apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers and do not build user profiles.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Because your data is stored only on your device, it remains under your control. You can clear the app's local data (carts, orders, and favorites) at any time using "Clear pretend data" in the app.
Uninstalling the app removes the data it stored on your device, subject to your operating system's behavior.
9. Children's Privacy
The app is a general-purpose entertainment app and is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it stores no such information regardless of the user's age.
10. Data Security
We minimize privacy risks by keeping data on your device. Protecting information stored on your device also depends on the security features of your device and operating system.
11. International Users
The app can be used in different countries and regions. Because your data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers, using the app does not involve an international transfer of your data by us.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy in future versions of the app. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
