1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the อิ่มทิพย์ / IMTHIP application ("the app", "we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of the App

IMTHIP is an entertainment app that simulates ordering food for fun. All restaurants, menus, prices, coupons, wallets, delivery, and receipts in the app are fictional and simulated. Images in the app are concept art or illustrations and are not photographs of real merchants or real food.

The app runs on your device and does not provide user accounts, a community, cloud synchronization, AI services, or an online content platform.

3. No Real Orders, Payment, or Delivery

The app does not place real orders, process real payments, or arrange real delivery. No merchant receives anything, and no money ever changes hands. The amount actually paid is always ฿0. The app is not a food-ordering, e-commerce, payment, or gambling service.

The restaurants, brands, dishes, addresses, and delivery riders shown in the app are fictional and created for the simulation. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any real restaurant, brand, person, or location; any resemblance to a real business is coincidental.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the app for personal entertainment only. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, and not to present its simulated receipts, prices, or orders as if they were real transactions in order to mislead or deceive anyone.

You agree not to use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The IMTHIP name, logo, website content, the app itself, and its original fictional content are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of their respective owners.

Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or its content.

7. Disclaimer

IMTHIP is an entertainment simulation, not a food service, and makes no diet, weight-loss, medical, or health claims. It is a game, not professional advice. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

You are solely responsible for how you use the app. It should not be relied upon for any real-world decision, transaction, or outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IMTHIP and Huanjing Studio shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

When you choose to share a receipt, the app may use the system share capabilities provided by Android or iOS. Any third-party app or service you interact with is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, for which we are not responsible.

10. Changes to the App

We may add, modify, or remove features of the app at any time, and may release updates from time to time. Some changes may be required for continued use of the app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms in future versions of the app. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination of Use

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, where permitted by applicable law.
